Add a way to ban people for violating forum rules

Hey people so if a employee from wix or something sees this then i want to ask a question, so i want a feature to be added to the forums for people like me who are making a forum website well basically i want it so when you visit a banned profile it says "this person is temporarily/permanently banned" and cant cant post or interact with posts so please add a ban feature unless there is a feature like this then someone please tell me, thanks.
