There’s a little blue bar appearing in this forum whenever you “like” a post, reply or comment. I looks very much like the confirmation box that pops up after publishing or updating a post, only it is about half the height and has no text in it.
It is happening in my own forum as well.
(Odd that I was able to add a screenshot to this post, since this forum has been freezing when adding images before.)

II found another strange behavior I never experienced until today, and I assume there is a work behind all of these changes.

@winteriscoming Check that one of the mods you've added to your site isn't interfering. I'm not seeing the placement issue.
Yes, I tried to disable all mods for my live site ... still the same thing.
But I don't think it's the reason because it happens also here in the WIx Forum , the screenshots are from here ;)
