• creating a post on mobile, still buggy as heck, unless you want to turn off your auto-complete.
• still odd resizing issues on different devices
• constant freezing while writing a post: After writing the post, hitting the Publish button does nothing from time to time — you have to copy everything, reload the page, paste it all, redo any mentions — who the heck wants to do that all the time? ... would you?
• pasting text into a post text box always results in the text being formatted as Numbered outline
My customers are leaving because of the buggy mobile experience ... or constantly venting their frustrations about it.
Really, is this how you want to be represented to the wider world (so many people groan when I tell them I am using Wix, because the bugs are notorious now).
The world is not moving towards mobile, it’s already there. Wix should be too.
Those of us who chose Wix want you to succeed.
Thank you for any help that you can give me with this mobile problem.
lets hope you get a response
Hi, @Robin Griggs Wood, I do understand your frustrations. The mobile experience is our next focus - soon we will start the research on collecting feedbacks about users' experiences that will help us to set the direction on product improvements. We greatly appreciate your review. It will be seriously considered and analyzed.
@Robin Griggs Wood please do send everything that you or your users catch not working properly on mobile web. As @Greta Galubauskaite we will focus a lot of effort on improving the experience. We're also interested in when, where, for what you and your users use mobile web the most. Let us know!
@Domas Sabockis — thank you ... :o)
Oh, and, my users use mobile web all the time—whenever they are away from the computers—and for everything. Mobile use is growing exponentially all over the world. It would be a good research for the Wix team to do, how mobile has become the prime way that users access the web.
Glad to hear it, @Greta Galubauskaitė ... thank you for your prompt response.
The last issue mentioned is especially frustrating. I've lost users specifically because of that experience feeling overly buggy for them to trust my community as a valid place to spend time.
I appreciate the devs actively discussing the issues though and I'm hopeful for a fix
