I have a couple of users that are not always receiving email notifications of new discussions - They assure me that are following the all of the forum categories
Plus they claim to be clicking the 'follow' option on new discussions and are receiving some, but not all, notifications for comments added to those discussions
As an admin, is there a way that I can check what that users 'follow' settings are on categories and/or discussions without having to stand beside them and looking at their screen?

Hi, unfortunately, anyone can see members' followed categories.
I am sorry this happened to your members. If they refer to the email notifications, make sure their email notifications settings are turned on
If they follow categories and still do not receive notifications of new posts or comments, we should hunt down specific cases. Whenever the issue happens, please forward to me this info: site url / which notifications are missing ( new post / comment / mention? and of which category) to gretag@wix.com.
