For over a week now I've been writing to support about the broken notifications in my forum. I have the Business VIP plan with Priority support, but so far no one actually cares to help me with this. I get replies from them that say "we're escalating your issue" "we're contacting the proper team" , with no real help. Even replies that say, "we've fixed it" and the notifications in my forum are still broken and I have gotten nothing but a lie from the support team... over a week now. Wix, is this the kind of product you are actually asking people to pay for?! Look at it in this light ... since, dear Wix team, I am sure that you buy things: Would YOU be happy if, for example, you went to pickup the dinner for your family that you ordered and all you got from the service provider that promised you a product that you've already paid for, was "we're escalating your issue" "we're contacting the proper team" ? NO, you would not ... you would be mad as hell and NOT patient about it. @Greta Galubauskaitė and @Domas Sabockis , you folks are the only ones who seem to care around here ... do you care? Can you deliver what Wix promised with the "priority support" I have paid for and find someone who can actually help me with this?
