For over a week now I've been writing to support about the broken notifications in my forum. I have the Business VIP plan with Priority support, but so far no one actually cares to help me with this.
I get replies from them that say "we're escalating your issue" "we're contacting the proper team", with no real help. Even replies that say, "we've fixed it" and the notifications in my forum are still broken and I have gotten nothing but a lie from the support team... over a week now.
Wix, is this the kind of product you are actually asking people to pay for?!
Look at it in this light ... since, dear Wix team, I am sure that you buy things: Would YOU be happy if, for example, you went to pickup the dinner for your family that you ordered and all you got from the service provider that promised you a product that you've already paid for, was "we're escalating your issue" "we're contacting the proper team"? NO, you would not ... you would be mad as hell and NOT patient about it.
@Greta Galubauskaitė and @Domas Sabockis, you folks are the only ones who seem to care around here ... do you care? Can you deliver what Wix promised with the "priority support" I have paid for and find someone who can actually help me with this?
