Wix is the reseller for my G Suite subscription which has been suspended for two weeks now even though I am paid up through Dec. 2020. I have submitted numerous tickets to the Support Team and the issue is till unresolved. Anyone else having this problem?

I fully understand that but,as I stated, "I have submitted numerous tickets to the Support Team and the issue is till unresolved." My frustration that this issue is still unresolved after two weeks factored into my decision to post this on this forum. Was merely asking whether anyone else has experienced this issue in an effort to get some insights as to how the problem was resolved.
