Help - how to integrate email autoresponder code on Wix page please?

Good morning,

I can't get my email autoresponder (birdsend.co) subscriber sign-up form to show on my Wix pages?

I am using basic standard Wix editor.

Here is the autoresponder code I need to add to various/specific pages.

NOTE: This also connects to another code birdsend snippet that I have already added to ALL headers of pages (I added that snippet in settings/advanced/custom code/header area) correctly.

I CAN add the <div code to the custom code... /body (see /test-1 below), but then I have no control over where/placement of the form on the page:

I have tried adding the <div code to the 3 embed options in the Wix editor, but none of them seem to work.

No idea what to do next.
