HELP! The "Recent Posts" addition to my forum has gone missing on both my Wix websites. I've gone into the editor on one of the sites to try and add it back, but it doesn't appear.
I and my members use this functionality all the time ... must have!
I've written to support, but no help so far (not even a reply, even though I’ve paid for the top tier with premium support). I've cleared cache, etc., updated browsers, but nothing helps.
@Greta Galubauskaitė -- can you elevate this to the forum team?

Here in Austria the same. 😪 I have one page with three "Recent Post Widgets" of my most used forums categories. And all are gone. The page is empty. Besides this the report of some data by "Visual Stats Bar" do often not load. But the bigger problem is the missing Recent Posts Widgets. Is this only a temporary WiX problem due to maintenance and will they appear again? I have already tried to install new widgets, but they are invisible like all others.
I'm sure this has with WiX themselves to do, if there are more than one users having the same problem. My first thought was I possibly could have changed settings of privacy in the forum or that page where I have the three "Recent Post Widgets" placed. But everything is like always. And now I see you have the same problem. So this is for sure the fault from WiX. I deeply hope they solve their problem soon. The website is pretty expensive with all the needed apps (already more than 800 euros per year) and so every single week their site doesn't work is a lot of lost money paid for a non presentable site.

@R Griggs Wood it's ok that you are persistent, we try hard to make good product and have as little issues as possible, but sometimes things slip through and user reporting issues help us identify them.
