I build new online store on wix and it's under Premium subscription.
I have issue with payment method (paypal), I opened multiple tickets but there is no response.
My location is Untitled Arab Emirates, when I ask for call back, the system shows "Call support isn't available in this location".
- They can't call me for support
- I don't have there number to call
- There is no number for tracking opened ticket and They don't send email after submit a ticket
- There is no place to check the status of opened tickets
So how can I communicate with support team, please advise
