I recently went through the process on corvid by wix on hiring someone to assist me with some work on my website. I checked over the profile of the person before picking them, they had several reviews. I scheduled a time to talk with them over the phone to review things. I went ahead and hired them to assist me with this project and they were supposed to be sending over information as they were working on it and the deadline was for today 12/20/2019 and I still have not heard from them and they will not return my emails or anything. This was all done through the wix website and partners. How do I contact wix about this issue? I have been looking all over trying to be able to talk to someone and everything just brings me back to the contact page and troubleshooting and walk throughs. I need to talk to a real person and get this issue resolved, this is so unproffessional. I really want to use Wix for my business website, but I will be requesting a full refund of all money spent if I cannot get this issue resolved. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
