I am an e-commerce premium subscriber. And I had a problem with my Facebook Ad. After I have searched internet community without success, I contacted WIX for help on August 20 and got replied on August 22 with problem not solved. I replied immediately and got replied 2 days laters. The person who answered proposed a phone call to address my question. I replied that I would like to have it and asked how. Then there is no further reply and that was 6 days ago.
So my question is how I can get WIX support? Is there any other way? I would be extremely grateful to have your help here.
