Migrating your website

I have a header which is fixed while the rest of the page scrolls. The header is transparent so text gets overlapped with the menu. I think i have to ad a strip to the header to get an opaque area? But couldn´t manage to ad a strip to the header...

Is it possible to place one object on top of another and the top will not be attached to the bottom?
Question
I have 4 containerBox that represent 4 stages. So now i had to place them one under the other and by collapse() expand() the secone box will shift up. But it doesnt work well. Is it possible to place the boxes in one place and they will be attached to the page only?
