I am usually not easy to please, but have been really pleased with the Wix Techs that have help me with our website, blog, and forum issues we've had over the last 2 years since becoming Wix "enthusiasts". The frustrating part is that, maybe it's all in my imagination, but it seems a good deal of the time that problems poop-up [sic] is on the weekends, and of course, on holidays when they are closed. "Closed"?? ...Wix is an international company right and probably making lots-o-cash, right?? How about putting a bit more of that greenery (here in the U.S. at least--fill in your own color) into your, generally-stellar, support department and help me, help our users, to make best use of the Wix platform...even in times of trouble.
