On the home page - Is it possible to have a different company logo (with different text) depending on the selected language?

My website is in English and German and my company logo contains the text "Therapies" which I would like to show in German i.e. "Therapien" if a selects the German language. I can't find a way to add a different version of the logo to the German version of the home page. Many thanks for any ideas of how to do this or workaround solutions (without removing the text in my log ;-)
