My free published site has been down for 5 days. I have a ticket open with tech support. The site worked flawlessly for 4 weeks then it returned 404 codes last Thursday. I am no longer able to log into the site or change the password. Any ideas. One tech specialist recommended that I email the Wix abuse department. It's a mainstream church website. I've called Wix every to check on the status of the ticket. They only say that their specialist team is working on it. This is unacceptable support and I can't recommend Wix any longer to my clients.
