I have been creating a site for my sons football club. I have created a number of events and enabled the RSVP option so we know who is coming. The ask is that these RSVPs populated a google sheet which is nice and easy through Wix automation. The challenge is, the spreadsheet populates with the parents name as they have the account where I want the sheet to populate with the players name. I decided that I would just add a field to the form where the players name could be entered (I have tried guest name or comment), but wix automation does not provide the new field(s) as an option to pass to google sheets. Is this possible? Is there a better way?

I spoke to support about this. The problem was that I had selected all events under the automation where you can only do it for a specific event. I made the change and the options appeared.
