Suddenly my users are getting bombarded with emails (on both my sites, so I know it isn’t a setting I’ve changed — I’ve changed nothing) even though they have notifications turned OFF. (I’ve been getting bombarded with notification emails from my sites for things I don’t have turned on in my notifications as well).
Are the Wix Forum app devs working on the notifications to solve the earlier problem or to find a way to add notifications for the private categories and perhaps typed some code wrong? This has been going on for about three days now. My users are about ready to kill me ... HELP!

Yeah, I've been getting extra emails too - for posts that I haven't even been following.
Hi, I am sorry you've been experiencing this! Devs are investigating notifications. I will come back to you as soon as we find the cause.
We're working on a fix! @R Griggs Wood one thing your users can try is turning ON and OFF the notification settings. That should update the database and all should be fine. Let me know if that worked for your users! Thanks!
