It is very tyring and unnerving.
Our Payment got closed, because we changed our address.
Then I called the support. The person on the phone couldn't help after 40min. Then she said, she would forward. This is almost 4 weeks ago. Then I sent a message to the support, got an answer after 2 weeks, where I did respond and now 2 weeks still have no answer. Now there is money hangig on my Wix payment where I can't transfer it.
The support team was no help at all.
The told me to upload forms, but the only thing I can change in my Wix payment account is to upload my persona. There is no option to upload something somewhere else or change the Commercial Register Number.
If someone would tell me what to do, that'd be great. But they don't seem to now themselve.
I just don't know what the problem is and am quite desperate. Paid Ascend Premium to do recurring invoice, which I know can't use since 2 months.
So, too, frustrated, to pay something, which I can't use...
If anyone knows how to help me, that would be quite a christmas present.
