For one it's just a general preference the blog has the ability to hide the post count.
And also they recently changed the features to where if you have a main category and subcategories all the post count doesn't show up in the main category feed. For my site the main category just feeds into the sub categories and it doesn't make any sense to have information in the main category, so now if you scroll the site it looks like they're 0 posts even though all the sub categories have posts. This wasn't the case when I set up my site and is now a major inconvenience so if I could just hide the post count it wouldn't look like everything has 0 posts on my main page.
Thanks. You're the best!

Blog has this feature.
Hi, why do you need to hide post counts? I'd like to understand this need.
