floating creat new post icon not appeared now in mobile ver

floating creat ne post icon not appeared now in mobile version, why? see you siuldnt remove any option to fast because we think of that while making forun, but now that floating icon option is disappeared. please reestabilshed it, it is important. while people scroll then again scroll back to post new one, it is relucting and time consuming
