Forum Resizing

I would like to request forum resizing. For the most part of every other layout its not a big deal but a lot of my members have requested if i can switch to single column feed. I think that is ok but its so huuuge. I'd like to adjust the forum feed to be thinner for 2 reasons. So its not soo huuge and so i can use the left or right side for quick links Alot of people post images on their post and in the single column feed the images are tremendously big. its ugly
