1. Have more than one forum. I can only have one forum page. In the near future will it be possible to have more than one?
Example, I want to have a new separate page with: global book group, each category within it will be a category : the city book group.
2. An events function within the Fourm?
3. To what extent are forums going to be developed? Buddypress levels or will it remain small and limited?

It's not possible at the moment you have more then one Forum per site, but you can have unlimited amount of categories, why you would like 2 forums?
Currently its not possible, but great suggestion, added to our Wishlist!
Wix Forum going to be have new features all the time, do you have something specific in mind beside Wix Events that you need in Wix Forum?
