Shortcuts & Staff/Moderator Perms

Firstly, i love using the Wix forum on my own website. Slowly im getting new members and require a new ways for these members to easily surf the forums. I do understand that there is a login and account bar add on but if more of these ad-ons for different things like going to a mainstream post from the homepage.

Also it would be very helpful if more moderator and staff perms could be added so if i am absent or my friends would like to add on and work on the website they can, I dont think that just the moderators 2 perms of blocking and moving posts is enough.
