Just add # and then the word will become a hashtag, by clicking on it - you'll see all the posts that have this hashtag. You can also search from now by hashtags.
Awesome! This is a #gamechanger for my site! Now instead of having to have a separate forum for each topic, I can just use hashtags! Only complaint? You waited until I was nearly done creating my topics list and all of the related links to do this LOL. Now I have to go back and redo it ;)
Several recent updates have added features that I had never even thought of, but I have nonetheless found a use for them (well, most of them). If the admin had the ability to edit the comments of participants, this would be an even more useful feature, as the admin could add a specific hashtag to set aside certain comments. For instance, if a certain post ends up having two or more spin-off topics being discussed, the admin could add a different hashtag to each comment of the diverging topics within the post and that way people could read a summary of the topic, or topics being discussed. Suffice it to say, if the admin was able to edit participant's comments, this new feature would have even more innovative uses...
Another creative way to use the feature that immediately jumps out at me is to use it as a way to reply to other's comments. At the moment, some forum participants have written things such as
#Hastags #Are #Cool

Hi Robert,
There aren't any results because no one have used this hashtag. Try to search for another hashtag :)
#newfeature!

Another creative way to use the feature that immediately jumps out at me is to use it as a way to reply to other's comments. At the moment, some forum participants have written things such as
"RE: Grand Canyon" before their comments, but now they can write #GrandCanyon instead. If people faithfully did that, the idea I elaborated in the previous paragraph would pretty much happen organically...(That was a very interesting discussion, anyhow, so feel free to check it out: https://www.ce-debate.org/forum/article-discussion/answers-in-genesis-the-grand-canyon-evidence-for-the-flood).
Well, I hope people enjoy these ideas!
